Errigal Civils Ltd was founded in 2006 to meet the growing demand for installation services in the broadband and telecoms sector. The company began as a regional Civil Engineering supplier specialising in the renewal, maintenance and growth of Telecommunications infrastructure for clients such as BT Openreach.
In recent years the Company has transformed itself to become a strategic partner in the building of Fibre Optic Networks. Most notably for Clients such as Gigaclear and Virgin Media. Errigal Civils provides its Clients with a complete solution including Project Management, Infrastructure build, Fibre Splicing, Blown Fibre installation and Testing.
Telecoms Civils' includes:
- Trench excavation and installation of duct and street cabinets
- Construction of jointing chambers and manholes
- Network fault location and repair by fully qualified telecoms engineers
- Blockage clearance of underground duct routes
- Diversion and re-installation of Openreach plant for major road works schemes
- Installation of plant protection to improve security across the network following the theft of copper cable
